Job Description
1） Preparation CM quotations and follow up with clients
2）Administrative duties - document scanning printing, filing & binding
3) Documentation preparation for purchase order test equipment/casings and tracking the delivery
4) RFQ to vendor for purchasing test equipment and others
5) Updating/labelling/tracking the in house test equipment list
6) Arrange the equipment maintenance for calibration/repair
7) In charge of in house distribution of equipment and others
8) Checking stocks and maintain/update the list
9) Answer phone calls, supports, visitors, arrange for meeting, prepare snack
Requirement
1) Diploma in electrical power engineering
2) Good interpersonal and commuication skill
3) Team player & able to work independently
