• Location: Tuas, West Region

• Mon to Fri (7.30am to 4.30pm, 8.30pm to 5.30am)

• Rotation between Day and Night shifts

• Air-conditioned work environment

• One-year contract (renewable)
   

Job Description:

• Assemble various components and test products on the production line.

• Wire and connect components according to technical specifications and assembly guidelines.

• Follow the job breakdown sheet, work instructions, quality guidelines, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) instructions.

• Report defects, quality, or work efficiency issues to the production leader.

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace. 

• Maintain a clean and organised work area by applying the 5S principles.

• Pick, pack, and sort defective components or finished goods. 

• Notify maintenance about machine issues.

• Suggest improvements for better work processes.

• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. 

Requirements:

• Experience in box building or electrical assembly is a plus.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)

• Must be willing to rotate between day and night shifts.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

• Must be comfortable with a standing job.

• Good attitude and able to follow instructions 

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
