ISO and Admin Executive - #1131080

Responsibilities:

• Assists in maintenance and compliance of QOHSE & ISO standards

• Including, but not limited to gathering and monitoring of data, monitoring of vendor compliance and keeping records of inspections.

• Co-ordination between QOHSE and other Departments in implementing management procedures

• Assists to comply with ISO standards, QOHSE regulations and other compliance issues.

• Maintaining accurate records of QOHSE activities, incidents, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation for internal purposes and regulatory reporting.

• Co-ordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure that they comply with relevant standards and regulations prior to entry to our yard for works.

• Assists in implementation of  security and ISPS related compliance.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any Engineering discipline preferred.

• Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Office.

• Bilingual with effective communications skills and ability to work with all levels of staff and management.

• Well organised with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Applicants must be willing to work near Tuas area.
