M&E Assistant Manager, Infrastructure Projects (Healthcare) - #1131061

What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery of hospital infrastructure and renovation projects, from feasibility and design development through construction and commissioning

• Develop and apply project governance frameworks, technical standards, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across projects

• Lead procurement of consultancy and construction packages, including preparation and review of specifications, scope of work, BOQs, and cost estimates

• Review and approve project documentation, schedules, method statements, material submissions, and permits to work

• Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure quality delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, timelines, and budgets

• Provide technical oversight for M&E works, including inspection, testing, and commissioning activities

• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Project Owners, Facilities Management, and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution

• Prepare concise project reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials, and support special projects as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services or related studies

• 3 – 5 years of working experience managing infrastructure/ renovation/ A&A works in complex, live operational environments, preferably within healthcare settings

• Prior experience supporting or delivering healthcare, hospital, or large-scale institutional infrastructure projects, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated technical competency in building services, project documentation, and construction delivery processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, submissions, and stakeholder updates

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
