Legal Executive/Associate - #1131007

1 - 5 years experience, requires proficient English and Chinese language skills

A boutique Singapore corporate law firm is looking for a Legal Executive/Associate to help with day-to-day work. Malaysian Bar qualification preferred. Looking for a responsible, meticulous individual who is adaptable and resourceful. Nice and patient boss, super friendly cozy team, happy work environment, zero office politics. High quality clientele and workflow. Hands-on training provided. Suitable for candidates who want to learn real legal work beyond supporting roles.

Job Responsibilities: 

· Conduct legal due diligence for M&A and other transactions

· Draft and review legal documents

· Legal research, draft research memos

· Assist in closing and post completion formalities

· Conduct corporate and legal filings

· Maintain the current documentation templates and guidance notes on usage

· General administrative work etc.. 

Key Requirements: 

· English and Chinese language capabilities (must be able to read, write and speak English at professional level and Chinese at advanced level)

· Willing to learn new things

· Resourceful, problem solver, quick responding speed and enthusiastic attitude towards work

· A meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative

· Ability to multitask and handle project management work

· Good Microsoft Office, Excel skills
