About the role
Join ComfortDelGro Engineering as a Customer Care Specialist and be the face of our call centre, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. In this full-time role based in the Loyang East Region, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and complaints, utilising your strong communication skills to deliver efficient and personalised support.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online and face-to-face channels in a timely and professional manner
Ensure proper registration and coordination for repair and maintenance
Troubleshoot customer issues, providing solutions and escalating complex cases as needed
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation for warranty claims and payments
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer complaints
Continuously develop your product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Any other related ad-hoc duties
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality, preferably within the hospitality & Customer Service industry
Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond effectively to customer inquiries
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service to uphold Company Brand Image.
Willing to work 5.5 workday, Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm, Sat: 8am-12pm
Work Locations: Braddell, Ubi, Pandan
