At Arjo, we know what moves us.

People are made to move. Picture life without mobility, compromising independence, dignity and health. We can’t always return people to full mobility. But we can make a difference to the quality of their lives, and those who care for them.

We call it Empowering Movement, to drive better healthcare outcomes for people facing mobility challenges. We can see the positive difference our work makes every day for them and their caregivers. You can make that difference too.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and clinically minded Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Singapore team. In this hybrid clinical/commercial role, you will actively promote our medical device portfolio while providing expert clinical support and in service training to healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in growing product adoption, driving sales performance, and enhancing patient outcomes across hospitals, clinics, and aged care environments.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

• Identify new business opportunities to support revenue growth.

• Provide ongoing clinical education to ensure safe and effective product use.

Market & Product Expertise

• Maintain deep knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and competitive offerings.

• Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare practices, and emerging technologies.

Collaboration & Engagement

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to incorporate customer insights.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional events.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Update all account activities in Salesforce CRM accurately and on time.

• Prepare monthly sales reports for management review and follow up actions.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a healthcare related field (preferred).

• 2+ years’ experience in medical device sales or clinical support.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical environments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, and aged-care facilities.

What We Will Offer in Return

At Arjo, our vision is to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.

In return, we recognise and value our global employees. You will also have the opportunity to work in a highly engaged and vibrant workplace culture, which includes:

• Total Employee Wellbeing Program

• Our Guiding Principles Reward and Recognition

• Continuing education and career development plan

We offer a competitive remuneration package and incentive plan, with the prospect of building a long-term career, whilst encouraging growth and leadership within this global company
