About Company
Our client is a leading organisation focused on delivering major infrastructure and development projects efficiently and effectively. They are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to support strategic HR initiatives and drive business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Total Rewards Management: Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, performance-linked rewards, and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
HR Partnership & Advisory: Partner with business leaders to provide insights, recommendations, and guidance on total rewards strategies that support business objectives and drive performance.
Systems & Process Enhancement: Evaluate and improve compensation and benefits systems, streamlining workflows, ensuring integration with HR processes, and enhancing user experience.
Compliance & Policy Oversight: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and ability to deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, meticulous, and detail oriented.
