ADMIN ASSISTANT (CONSTRUCTION) - #1130942

Job Description:

• Deals with the documents associated with project

• Handling matters at site office, such as staff and workder’s attendance,

• accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, etc.

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

• Transportation management at project site site

• In charge of all paper works preparations and issuance to relevant internal and external parties, such as material requisition form, purchase order and liaise with requestor until delivery and more.

• Managing claims and other related project administrative work

• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Project Manager

Job Qualification and Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in construction site office admin support.

• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for documents preparation.

• Experience in capacity of managing authorities' submissions and clearance matters.

• Must be comfortable and willing to work in construction site
