Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness

• Prepare cost estimates and cost comparison reports

• Measure quantities and track material usage for ongoing projects

• Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements

• Perform other QS and procurement-related tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

• Knowledge of signage and fabrication materials is an advantage

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills

• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
