Role Summary

The Guest Experience Associate is the frontline ambassador of CHAGEE. This role focuses on delivering warm, thoughtful service while preparing high-quality tea beverages, ensuring every guest enjoys a consistent and premium CHAGEE experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service

• Assist customers with menu recommendations and enquiries

• Handle feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

• Create a welcoming and pleasant in-store atmosphere

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare drinks according to CHAGEE’s standard recipes and procedures

• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation

• Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and new product launches

Store Operations

• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment

• Support stock replenishment and basic inventory checks

• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs

Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with team members during daily operations

• Support seniors or supervisors during peak hours

• Demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and teamwork on the floor

Requirements

• Service-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude

• Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an advantage)

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
