About the role

Hyperlink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a committed and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling employers' inquiries and close sales. Based in City Plaza (Paya Lebar), you will play a crucial part in the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively follow up with new leads and existing clients.

• Understand employers' needs and requirement and help them find the suitable helper.

• Interview helpers and shortlist the right candidate for the employer.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships

• Able to work independently and problem solving.

• Hit target and work towards company's objectives.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or maid agency

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns

• Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

• An honest and responsible person
