Sales Support Engineer (HVAC/Proposal Submission/Coordination) LT81 - #1130824

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team and clients on HVAC systems and sustainability solutions.

• Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting proposals, bids, and contracts.

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for clients.

• Develop and present technical proposals, including system designs, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Ensure that proposed solutions meet client requirements, industry standards, and sustainability goals.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

• Monitor project progress and provide technical support as needed to address any issues.

• Conduct post-installation evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and system performance.

• Prepare regular reports on sales support activities, project status, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Sustainability engineering or its equivalent

• At least 2-4 years’ experience in HVAC industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
