Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end project management services covering design development, submissions, procurement, construction management, testing and commissioning, through to final handover.

• Plan, organise, and control all project elements, identifying contractual discrepancies and mitigating commercial, technical, and site risks while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Lead conceptual studies, authority submissions, pre-design and detailed design coordination, procurement activities, and management of subcontractors for construction and installation works.

• Oversee testing and commissioning of building and M&E systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance with project requirements.

• Liaise with consultants, data centre owners, and building landlords to ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and Mission Critical facility requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management with a contractor and/or consultancy.
