Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and scheduling.
Manage participant registrations and maintain clear communication before, during, and after sessions.
Assist in designing and delivering training programs in collaboration with internal trainers.
Provide class support during training sessions (e.g., technical setup, participant assistance).
Source training programs, vendors, and relevant resources to meet organizational needs.
Track attendance and compile accurate reports for stakeholders.
Liaise with vendors and internal trainers to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
1-2 years experience in training coordination.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
This is a temporary contract position of 3-6 months with possible extension.
