As a Project Admin (LTA Project), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide administrative support and project documentation for assigned projects.
Assist in checking vendor claims for compliance.
Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures and systems.
Ensure smooth information flow across the company to support operations.
Initiate and coordinate project goals, deadlines, and departmental tasks.
Assist in implementing policies and procedures to improve departmental operations.
Monitor and procure office, reception, and site supplies within budget.
Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and safety standards.
Ensure project operations comply with company policies and regulations.
Support business administration and office facilities management.
Manage and control purchase orders and tax invoices.
Coordinate procurement of supplies/equipment and process invoices.
Maintain proper documentation in line with company policy.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in administration or project coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
