Job Responsibilities
Drive new business development within logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions
Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention
Prepare and present logistics and freight solutions (air, sea, land, warehousing, 3PL)
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience in logistics sales / freight forwarding sales / 3PL sales
Strong network within shippers, importers/exporters, or MNC customers preferred
Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight, trucking, and warehousing solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
