Entry Level Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) - #1130696

Job Info:

• Basic up to $3000 (Depending on experience)

• Entitled to AWS + VB

• 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturday); Office hours

• Changi Airfreight Centre (Cargo Area)

• Entry-level position

• Full training will be provided for candidates without freight forwarding experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email regarding shipment enquiries

• Understand customers’ shipping requirements and provide timely support

• Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment processing

• Follow up on shipment status, documentation, and customer requests

• Prepare, check, and update shipment data accurately in the system

• Handle order processing and ensure all details are correct before handover to operations

• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure service satisfaction

• Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and administrative tasks when required

• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment

• Maintain proper records and documentation in compliance with company procedures

Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is an advantage

• Comfortable interacting with customers through calls, emails, and in-person

• Willing to learn logistics scheduling and shipping processes; training will be provided
