Sales Executive (Road Construction) - #1130632

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and play a key role in sales evaluation and portfolio management across road construction and civil engineering industry.

Basic up to $5,000 (Depending on experience)

Transport + Petrol Allowance

AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities

• Develop business sales strategy with key stakeholders to ensure sales alignment is on track

• Prepare sales quotation and support full due diligence process ensuring all relevant factors are considered

• Managing sales projects and work closely with key stakeholders to develop sale structure

• Evaluate business opportunities by building sales model and conducting valuation analysis

• Monitor and manage performance of existing portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with sales growth objective

• Collect, update and analyse data, perform sales modelling and track sales model accuracy by compiling projections with actual financial outcomes

• Close collaboration with project, operation and finance teams to meet sales objectives

• Oversee the collection of payments from customers in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of all transactions

Job Requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Road construction, building, civil engineering
