You will be responsible for core HR functions, with a key focus on recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Payroll:
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employee ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing and timely CPF submissions
Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements and documents verification
Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process
Assist with off boarding processes
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and medical documentation
Work pass applications / renewals and quota tracking (WP/SP/EP)
Responsible for covering reception duties whenever the receptionist is not available
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees
Organize employee engagement activities such as company events and team building sessions
Requirement:
Diploma in Business
At least 2 years of experience with in-house recruitment
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing deadlines
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
