Process Engineer - #1130601

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to meet product requirements.                                                                                                                           

• Lead and support in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects builds                                              

• Create and maintain process documentation, (SOPs) and work instructions. Provide training and guidance to production teams.                                                                                                                               

• Optimize process to improve yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.                                           

• Monitor and analyze process performance through KPIs (yield, cycle time, scrap, downtime).                                                                                                                                 

• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations, defects, and equipment-related problems                                                                                                                                  

• Lead and support for the product transfer to MFG      

Prerequisites (Qualifications and Experience):                                                                                                                        

• Diploma and Engineering or Degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics)     

• Experience in automation, robotics, or Industry (Internship /project)                                               

• Strong knowledge of process engineering, including process design. Proficiency with relevant software like CAD, AutoCAD                                                                                                                             

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
