Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
(Alternate Saturday arrangement available)
Work Week: 5.5 days
The Construction Office Administrator supports the daily operations of the construction team by managing administrative duties, coordinating project documentation, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining organized records. This role ensures smooth communication between the office, site staff, subcontractors, and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full spectrum of office administration independently
Prepare, manage, and maintain project and construction-related documents
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines
Liaise with internal teams, site staff, subcontractors, and clients
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping (physical and digital)
Support the construction team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Degree or Diploma holder
Diploma candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
Able to work independently and manage office administration effectively
Must be able to converse fluently and handle Mandarin documentation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary: Basic $2,500
Annual Leave: 14 days

Outpatient claimable up to $30

Bonus: Performance-based, subject to company results
