Job Scope:
Manage and track all requests/queries to Employee & Industrial Relations (EIR)
Ensure database of EIR cases are up to date.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders on the status of EIR cases.
A primary point of contact for all EIR cases.
Prepare reports and presentation to stakeholder on EIR cases.
All other duties as assigned by EIR officers
Requirements:
A degree/diploma in any relevant discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
