Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (Forklift, SAP/WMS) - #1130488

Our client is a Industrial Equipment Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations such as receiving, packing, storage, and delivery.

• Ensure proper use and upkeep of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with routine checks.

• Maintain safe, secure, and orderly warehouse conditions, including cleanliness and good housekeeping.

• Conduct staff briefings, monitor team performance, and recommend training to improve skills and efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal departments on shipment schedules, collections, and project requirements.

• Review and recommend improvements to work processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Support annual stock takes, prepare reports, and escalate any equipment or operational issues to management.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent.

• Min 4 years’ relevant working experience in logistics/warehouse setting.

• Familiarity with SAP system and IWMS would be advantageous.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Safety-conscious and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
