Business Analyst – Contact Centre Operations (Healthcare) - #1130486

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources (calls, emails, live chats, surveys) to track Contact Centre performance and KPIs.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance trends and insights.

• Conduct workload projections and capacity planning to support resource allocation and hiring strategies.

• Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements using standard frameworks and best practices.

• Support technology-related projects, including analytics, AI solutions, and system enhancements, through planning, testing, and post-deployment validation.

• Lead system improvement initiatives, ensuring functionality and performance meet operational needs.

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by HOD or reporting officer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data analysis (healthcare experience preferred).

• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance or relevant internships may be considered.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with creative thinking and adaptability.

• Proficiency in data analysis, querying, and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).

• Knowledge of Microsoft .Net, SOAP/Web Services/XML, SQL database administration, or SQL Stored Procedures is a plus.
