Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer relationships to drive sales growth

• Attend to enquiries, gather feedback, and maintain customer records

• Generate new leads and expand the customer base

• Promote products through regular visits, food fairs, trade shows, and events

• Work with R&D on product improvements based on market feedback

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments

• Conduct basic market research and support marketing activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers

• Familiar with food products, industry trends, and basic product advice

• Able to carry product samples (up to 6kg)

• Valid driving licence is an advantage
