Full Set Accounts Executive (North/5.5days/MAX $3500) - #1130457

Location          - Senoko

Working hours – Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm

                             Sat – 8am to 12pm

Salary               - $2800 – 3500

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP , AR and GL

• Handle bank reconciliations, cash-flow, GL and GST submission

• Following up on outstanding payments via calls and emails, sending reminder letter and review customer account activity.

• Process of corporate card transactions and staff claims, Sales report , DO, Invoices…

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, Audit , Tax Analysis

• Liaises with Auditor, Tax Agent, Secretary, multi- currency

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Experience in Full set accounts

• Good with accounting software and MS Office.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and multitasking
