Working Hours:

Normal Day shift (8.00am - 5.30pm) (Able to commit OT if required)

Job Scope

• Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Arrangement / Coordination & Monitoring of shipment.

• Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy

• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders.

• Attend to Freight Forwarders / Transporters inquiries via telephone and email and respond timely and accurately to their queries.

• Handle job filing, answering phone calls, correspondence through email and arrange courier services.

• Knowledge of incoterms is preferred. (Training will be provided)

• Knowledge of basic shipping process.

• Efficient and smooth handling of shipments – Preparation of manual commercial invoice, crating list, packing list.

• Checking of BL, AWB, DO, Tax invoices and other documents.

• Able to do light packing /physical work related to shipment preparation

• Adhere to in house customer requirement.

• Ensure all the orders are executed on a timely manner.

• Assist Shipping Department on adhoc jobs.

• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• Able to commit to Overtime when required

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Shipping

• Good communication skills

• Able to work in fast pace and ability to multitask

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook email

• Advantage with SAP knowledge

• Proactive in responding to customers and internal stakeholders.
