Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. This entry-level position with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to start their career in a fast-paced courier services environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Location:  Kaki Bukit Place

Working Hours: Monday-Friday,8:30 AM- 5:30 PM·Saturday 8.30 AM-1.00PM

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Tasks:

• Process daily invoices and delivery receipts

• Handle basic data entry of financial transactions

• Prepare daily collection reports

• Assist in bank reconciliation statements

• Manage petty cash transactions and recording

• Process staff expense claims

Accounts Receivable Support:

• Generate customer invoices

• Follow up on overdue payments via phone/email

• Update customer payment records ·        

• Assist in preparing monthly statements

Accounts Payable Support:     

• Process vendor invoices         

• Prepare payment vouchers        

• File and organize accounting documents·        

• Maintain supplier records

Administrative Support:·        

• Answer basic phone enquiries regarding billing·        

• File and organize financial documents        

• Assist with monthly reports preparation ·        

• Support senior accounting staff as needed
  Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:        

• Secondary School Graduate (GCE 'N'/'O' Levels) ·        

• Basic computer literacy (MS Windows, Email) ·        

• Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas)·        

• Ability to communicate in simple English (spoken and written) as needed for daily work tasks·        

• Willingness to learn and take instructions

• On-the-job training provided·
