Job Summary and Highlight:

* Location: Tampines

* Salary: $3,500 – $4700 + AWS + Variable Bonus

* Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 530pm

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply issues

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide fast, accurate resolutions

• Prepare regular & ad-hoc reports/updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics & support root cause analysis for improvement

• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy

• Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements
