Service Crew

Job Description

• Responsible mainly for food preparation, cleaning, housekeeping and customer service duties

1) Cashier

• Taking in customer’s orders correctly

• To handle POS transactions accurately and effectively during peak hours

• To operate POS functions including payment modes, promotion key, voucher redemption, staff meal, staff discount, and transaction void

2) Preparation of hot and cold beverages

3) Toast, steamed bread and pastries

• Preparation of toasted/ steamed bread and pastries as per customer's order

4) Kitchen

• Preparation of ingredients for Nanyang Delights as per customer's order

• Manage & ensure food stock are sufficient at all times
