Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented M&E Drafter cum Sales Administrator to

support our engineering and sales teams. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a

background in mechanical & electrical (M&E) drafting who is also comfortable handling

administrative and sales coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

M&E Drafting

• Prepare and update mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.

• Assist engineers in producing layout and schematic drawings for projects.

• Ensure all drawings are compliant with project specifications and relevant codes.

• Maintain proper version control of all drawings and technical documents.
  

Sales Administration

• Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on project and sales related matters.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and project documents.

• Support the sales team in following up with clients and tracking project progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and construction industry practices is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
