Shipping Executive (Food industry/sea & air shipment/North) - #1130219

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)

·        Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert

·        Arrange courier of samples and documents

·        Prepare shipping marking

·        Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement

·        Data entry and filing of documents

·        Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

·        Min GCE ‘O’ Level

· Experience in full set of shipping documents such as BL, LC shipment, sea & air shipments in food-related industries.

· Comfortable with customer-oriented job scope.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
