Job Scope:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP enhancements and customizations.

  • Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications .

  • Collaborate with developers on ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.

  • Prepare and update functional/technical documents, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize SAP operations.

  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new module rollouts through technical analysis.

  • Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely user support.



Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines

  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in supporting SAP FICO modules.
