The Role

We are hiring an Accounts Executive to support our finance operations in Singapore. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate, timely financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and billing documentation

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger records

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Support GST submissions and statutory reporting requirements

• Liaise with vendors, customers, and banks on payment matters

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

• Assist with audit preparation and other ad-hoc finance duties

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

• Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
