We’re looking for a sharp and versatile Senior Communications Executive to lead written communications across our brands and channels. You write both fast, time-sensitive campaign communications and slower, durable content that builds trust, clarity, and search visibility over time. From blog articles and email newsletters to academic event promotions and campaign communications, you will be the voice that keeps parents, students, and teachers informed, engaged, and inspired.
This is a full-spectrum role that covers both strategic content (thought leadership, SEO, brand storytelling) and timely messaging across platforms such as email, WhatsApp, website, and print. You stay plugged in to what is happening across the company and translate ideas, events, and initiatives into clear and compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign communications
Own campaign messaging end to end, from briefing to rollout and post-campaign updates
Write and adapt content for WhatsApp, email, Telegram, in-app messages, website updates, physical collaterals and internal briefings
Ensure consistency of message across parent-facing and internal channels
Coordinate closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timing
Content and SEO
Write long-form blog articles that support SEO and parent education
Contribute to thought leadership and brand storytelling content
Refresh and maintain evergreen website content, including programme pages and testimonials
Work on content initiatives that improve brand awareness and organic traffic
Editorial and general communications
Stay plugged in to company happenings to uncover timely content opportunities
Interview teachers, students, parents, or internal stakeholders when needed
Edit and proofread all written materials before release
Handle ad-hoc communications for seasonal offers, pilot launches, and internal updates
Requirements
Experience & Skills
2-4 years of experience in communications, content, editorial, or marketing
Experience managing communications across multiple channels
High attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
Strong writing and copywriting skills, especially for parent-facing audiences
Comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Familiarity with Singapore’s education or parent market is a strong advantage
Nice to have
Experience with CMS platforms and email tools
Comfortable with light design tools such as Canva
