You support our social and creative work from idea to execution. You help plan, film, edit, and adapt video content across formats, from short-form social videos to longer-form pieces. You work closely with the Marketing team, travel across centres for shoots, and support filming during weekday evenings or weekends when needed.
This role suits someone hands-on and platform-aware. You understand what performs on social, and you can execute both trending formats and structured, longer videos when required.
Key responsibilities
Content planning and coordination
Assist in conceptualising and executing social & long-form video production plans from briefs
Participate in production discussions to align on objectives, formats, and timelines
Flag potential issues early and help resolve them before filming begins
Filming and production
Support video shoots in various roles, including camera operation, direction support, or production assistance
Conduct on-site filming across centres when required
Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and storytelling intent
Editing and social execution
Edit short-form and long-form videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
Execute trending social formats while maintaining brand consistency
Adapt and repurpose content for different platforms and audience segments
Craft social-ready edits with strong hooks, pacing, and transitions
Requirements
Background
Current Diploma or Degree student in Videography, Media Production, Film Production, or a related field
Skills
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Comfortable producing both short-form social content and longer-form videos
Familiar with photography and videography fundamentals, including shutter speed, aperture, ISO, frame rate, and audio levels
Comfortable shooting on location and adjusting settings on the go
Up to date with social media trends and platform-specific content styles
Portfolio
A portfolio or reel showcasing relevant video or social media work is required
Working requirements
Comfortable travelling islandwide for filming
Willing to support occasional evening or weekend shoots
Able to commit full-time, or part-time for at least three weekdays
Ideally 6-months commitment
Nice to have
Comfortable working with children
Basic understanding of audio mixing
Experience using a gimbal stabiliser
Eye for lighting, composition, and scene setup
