Job Title: Field Representative / Manager
Department: Customer Support & Field Operations
Mission
Ensure the operational serviceability of SafranHE engines in compliance with safety and airworthiness directives.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Provide technical and operational support, facilitating the introduction and deployment of new products and services.
Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Back Office, and Corporate teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
(For Manager role) Lead and develop the Field Representatives, Fleet Data Administrator, and Training Manager to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize equipment serviceability while ensuring compliance with maintenance standards, safety regulations, and airworthiness requirements.
Support implementation and scheduling of Service Bulletins, retrofits, and upgrades.
Assist in technical investigations and contribute to incident/accident reviews when required.
Promote and deploy SafranHE services and new product entries into service.
Provide technical advice and non-certifying training to operators.
Collect, analyze, and report technical events; maintain accurate fleet and operator data.
Liaise with SafranHE network partners to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual commitments.
Uphold and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Additional Responsibilities – Field Representative Manager:
Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural team comprising Field Representatives, a Fleet Data Administrator, and a Training Manager.
Manage skill development and field operational coaching for team members.
Oversee fleet administration processes across Southeast Asia and China.
Supervise training center operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence in high-demand markets.
Support R&D and promote decarbonization initiatives.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Back Office, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
Field Representative:
At least a Diploma with specialization in aerospace engineering
At least 5 years’ experience in the field of aeronautical maintenance
2 years of experience working in the field of gas turbine maintenance or repair, and/or as technical support interface is preferred.
Field Representative Manager:
Diploma or Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
Proven experience leading multicultural teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Experience managing training compliance and fleet administration preferred.
