Learning & Development (Training Administration)
Manage staff training applications, including:
o Adding training programmes into the HRIS.
o Registering staff for courses with training providers.
o Recording and tracking training hours.
o Processing and verifying training-related invoices.
Event Management Support
Provide logistic and administrative support for internal HR and staff engagement events (e.g. setting up venues, arranging catering, preparing materials, etc.)
Onboarding Support
Assist in the onboarding of new hires by:
o Coordinating with IT Helpdesk for system setup and access.
o Preparing staff passes and onboarding materials.
o Supporting administrative follow-ups to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
o Staff Movement Announcement
Employee Wellness
Support the administration of HealthPerks Points allocation for staff.
Coordinate and assist in organizing wellness programmes, including health talks, exercise sessions and other well-being activities to promote a healthy and engaged workforce.
Order wreaths, get well baskets, newborn baby gift hamper to staff when need arises.
Work Pass Administration
Assist with work pass applications and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience
