System Engineer (L2 & L3) | AMK | $4500-$6000 | Mon-Fri | #9398 - #1130069

Contract: 1 year (Renewable/ Convertible)

Salary range: $4500 - $6000 + Performance Bonus

Working location: Ang Mo Kio + Client sites

Working days and time: Mon to Fri (8:30am-6pm)

Job Descriptions:

• Deploy and configure virtual machines (VMs) on servers

• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems

• Perform system hardening and patch management for OS

• Set up and configure Microsoft SQL databases and clustering environments

• Establish and test network connections for system integration

• Conduct system integration with subsystems such as CCTV, Intercom, and other related systems

• Perform system setup, functional testing, and troubleshooting

• Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including SRS, DDR, Test Plans, and related technical documents

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in L2/L3 system engineering or infrastructure setup

• Proven experience in server setup and VM deployment from scratch

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and Linux OS installation, configuration, and maintenance

• Skilled in application deployment, MS SQL database setup, and clustering configuration

• Familiar with application testing and system integration processes

• Knowledge in system and architecture design and experience in preparing technical documentation is a strong advantage
