System Engineer | AMK | Up to $5000 #9398 - #1130068

Duration: 1 year (Renewable Contract)

Location: Ang Mo Kio + Client sites

Salary Range: $4000 - $5000 + Performance Bonus

Working hours: 0830-1800 / 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and develop practical system designs

• Review and consolidate system design specifications

• Submit equipment samples with reference to the equipment master list for approval

• Generate termination diagrams for the site team

• Prepare and submit system design documentation

• Liaise with the Procurement team and raise Purchase Requisitions for all system-related equipment

• Track equipment delivery status and update the System Manager and Project Manager (PM) on any delays or slippages

• Set up Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and perform internal testing

• Generate Testing & Commissioning (T&C) checklists for consultant review

• Test and report any fault findings to the site team for rectification

• Troubleshoot system issues and perform T&C activities when necessary

• Conduct user training and prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals

• Brief the maintenance team for project handover

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline

• 2–3 years of experience in system design, project coordination, or M&E works (depending on seniority)

• Knowledge of T&C procedures, FAT, and system integration

• Familiarity with project documentation, system drawings, and equipment specifications

• Strong coordination skills with procurement, project, and site teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred)

• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
