Finance Manager (Based in Singapore)-Mandarin Speaker - #1130055

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily financial accounting of Singapore and overseas businesses, ensure standardized and accurate accounting treatment, and prepare financial statements in line with international standards;

2. Formulate and implement annual budget plans, track budget execution, analyze variances and put forward optimization suggestions;

3. Be responsible for overseas tax planning and management, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in Singapore and relevant regions, and reduce tax risks;

4. Participate in the company’s overseas financing and financial work related to US/Hong Kong stock listings, and cooperate with intermediaries to complete due diligence, data preparation and other tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Over 8 years of financial experience, with hands-on experience in overseas financing (Singapore/Southeast Asia preferred) and full-cycle US/Hong Kong stock listings;

2. Experience in the power/energy industry is preferred, familiar with Singapore’s financial and tax laws and regulations as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/US GAAP);

3. Proficient in financial accounting, budget management and tax planning, with solid financial analysis capabilities;

4. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/finance or related majors, CPA/ACCA/CFA holders preferred;

5. Fluent in Chinese and English, strong pressure resistance, and excellent cross-team collaboration capabilities.
