Logistics Admin / Logistics Support (East/AWS+VB) - #1130006

Job Description:

·       Basic Salary Range: $2,300 – $2,800 (Gross Salary Up to $3000++)

·       Night Shift Allowance: $15 per night

·       Location: Greenwich (near Hougang)

·       Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30pm – 5:30am OR 8:30am – 5:30pm (Fixed Night Shift or Rotating Shift)

·       Key Benefit: AWS, VB and OT payable

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Receive and verify documents

2.       Verify customer shipping requirements and mode

3.       Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is processed timely and accurately with supporting documents in ERP system

4.       Update documents in Excel and communicate information to the operations team

5.       Match packing documents with shipment management system (SMS)

6.       Perform ERP transactions (Purchase Request, Receipt, Stock Transfer)

7.       Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validation and update in ERP

8.       Communicate with customers via Email/Teams/Phone to meet requirements

9.       Liaise with internal teams to fulfill customer orders when required

10.   Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
