A. Sourcing & Supplier Management
Source raw materials according to production requirements.
Provide requestors with the best pricing and shortest lead times.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance.
Manage freight for inbound and outbound shipments to control costs.
Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including COO and COC submissions with correct HS codes through the Chamber of Commerce.
B. Procurement Strategy
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing.
C. Purchase Process
Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Track inventory and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock.
D. Inventory & Logistics
Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and stock replenishment to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution for timely and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor inventory aging and take corrective actions as needed.
Job requirements:
Minimum degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
1–2 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with ASME and ANSI codes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
