A. Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Source raw materials according to production requirements.

• Provide requestors with the best pricing and shortest lead times.

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.

• Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance.

• Manage freight for inbound and outbound shipments to control costs.

• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including COO and COC submissions with correct HS codes through the Chamber of Commerce.

B. Procurement Strategy

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing.

C. Purchase Process

• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders.

• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Track inventory and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock.

D. Inventory & Logistics

• Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and stock replenishment to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution for timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Monitor inventory aging and take corrective actions as needed.

Job requirements:

• Minimum degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing industries.

• Familiarity with ASME and ANSI codes.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
