Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) - Tampines

Location: TAMPINES

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 16 December 2025 – 31 January 2026 (Possibility of 1–2 months extension)

Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries primarily via inbound calls in a fast-paced call centre environment

• Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer issues

• Use CRM systems and internal knowledge bases to manage and update customer records

• Perform system updates and documentation during and after calls

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for new systems when required

• Adapt to changing work requirements and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good communication and active listening skills

• Ability to deliver a positive customer experience while remaining professional

• Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing pressure

• Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• 4 days of paid training from 16 – 19 December 2025

• Training location: Novena
