Job Scope:

• Handle registration, admission and discharge process

• Assist to provide accurate information to patient and handle complaints

• Process billings enquiries and collect payments

• Assist doctor and nurse in the treatment room

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O / A level

• Good Communication skills
