Senior Engineer (M&E), Facilities Development - #1129868

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and hospital rejuvenation projects, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, and construction.

2. Establish project governance, technical standards, and ensure alignment with hospital infrastructure and design requirements.

3. Manage consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, schedules, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

4. Review and approve project documentation including schedules, method statements, material submissions, permits, and variations.

5. Prepare cost estimates, scopes of work, BOQs, reports, and presentations.

6. Oversee implementation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems for renovation and A&A projects.

7. Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Project Owners, Facilities Management, and Project Managers.

8. Lead special projects and support organisational initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering.

· Min. 3-5 years of professional experience with focus on complex, live-environment A&A.

· Experience in owner/developer setting will be an advantage.

· High level of technical competency.
