Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and offer facilitation
• Review and enhance hiring strategies to improve talent acquisition outcomes
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation for employee records and payroll processing
• Administer employee benefits including enrolments, amendments, and exits
• Organize employee engagement activities including training, team-building, and recognition programs
• Drive HR initiatives such as internships and career events

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with experience in payroll processing.
• Familiarity with Whyze HR solutions is an added advantage
