Senior Digital Marketing Executive - #1129837

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels.

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budgeting, targeting, creatives, and performance optimisation.

• Support brand, product, and promotional campaigns.

2. Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, conversion rates, and key metrics.

• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to drive improvements.

3. Content & Social Media Marketing

• Plan and manage social media content calendars.

• Work with designers or content creators on creatives, videos, and reels.

• Monitor engagement, comments, and trends to enhance brand presence.

4. SEO, SEM & Website Optimisation

• Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content improvements.

• Manage SEM campaigns to improve traffic and lead generation.

• Collaborate with web developers to improve website performance and user experience.

5. Marketing Budget & Platform Management

• Manage assigned marketing budgets efficiently.

• Coordinate with influencers or platforms where required.

• Evaluate platforms' performance and campaign effectiveness.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, e-commerce, operations, and design teams to align marketing strategies.

• Support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Proven 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and ROI analysis.

• Strong skills in data analysis, online advertising, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.

• Ability to interpret data to track and improve ROI.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
