Project Executive - #1129798

As a Project Executive at Maxcon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Yishun North Region. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets to meet project objectives

• Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise

• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and quality assurance processes

• Coordinating and overseeing the work of project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers

• Preparing and submitting project reports, documentation and progress updates

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous development of project management practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with construction processes, regulations and industry best practices

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
